1. Early access eligibility is restricted to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) operating within the geographic region of North America.

2. Early access is applicable to the following plan types:
   
   a. Probax MSP Backup All-In-One (AIO): Limited to the "Small" plan, encompassing up to 20 physical, virtual, and public-cloud workloads and/or 20TB of Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.
   
   b. Probax MSP Backup Bring-Your-Own (BYO): All plan options are available.
   
   c. Probax MSP Backup Bring-Your-Own-Wasabi (BYOW): All plan options are available, with a limitation of up to 20 Veeam licenses. 
   
   d. Probax MSP Backup Bring-Your-Own-Veeam (BYOV): All plans are accessible, with a limitation of up to 20TB of Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.
   
   e. Probax MSP Backup for M365: Applicable for up to 100 protected users.

3. Requests for additional plans and storage beyond the specified limits can be submitted through email to partners@probax.io.

4. The complimentary early access offer concludes on the 31st of January 2024. Following this timeframe, please acquire the necessary licenses through an authorized distributor or cloud marketplace to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform. Licenses will be available for purchase through an authorized distributor or cloud marketplace no later than the 29th of January 2024.

5. By accepting this offer and initiating the activation process for your account, you hereby affirm and consent to being bound by Probax's End User License Agreement (EULA), accessible at https://probax.io/eula.

6. Probax retains the unilateral right to terminate or suspend accounts participating in the early access promotional period, effective immediately and without notification, at its sole discretion. Grounds for such actions include, but are not limited to, breach of promotional terms, abuse or unacceptable use of the products, or violation of Probax's End User License Agreement (EULA). In such instances, Probax shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages incurred by the account holder.
