Sam has over two decades of experience in the IT & Telecommunications field, with a significant portion of that time spent in leadership roles within IT Services (MSP) and Telecommunications. His extensive background includes over 15 years in various senior management positions, highlighting his capability in guiding teams and projects to success. Before his tenure at Probax, he excelled in key positions such as State Manager, General Manager, and National Sales Manager at the ASX-listed company, Inabox Group (ASX:IAB). Notably, in his most recent position, Sam was responsible for managing a portfolio that surpassed $100 million, effectively managing both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) channels.  Under Sam’s leadership as COO, Probax has achieved significant milestones—from launching the innovative MSP Backup platform to being honored as Veeam's 'Innovation Partner of the Year.'
